[attr="class","back-tooltip"] [attr="class","back-tooltiptext"]WEAPON Curtana Beta ( +29DMG ) A sword forged by an experienced blacksmith. Forged in the European style. Leather is held onto the grip through wire-wrapping. The grip itself ends with a leaf-shaped pommel. The crossguard's bent towards the blade, which starts with a fashionable ricasso. It is decidedly made for slashing, with a fuller running along its forte to empower any slashing motions. The foible is still pointed and able to complement thrusting attacks, but the design discourages it as the main method of attack. It is a well-balanced blade with a comfortable grip, and a keen edge. The red tassel with 'R' inscribed coin are added almost as afterthought. It's not pretty, but it's basically a slab of copper designed to withstand some blows. Function trumps looks. On the inside, an 'R' is engraved.
