She had practiced enough on the small creatures, on the large. She had messed around with the different ways the system worked, how Sword Arts acted, and how it felt to be hit, stabbed, and gored. Marisa had gone off to buy equipment that outshone the gear she loaded in with at the start, and she had gotten a feel for the weapon in her hands. Now it was time to put it to the test - to actually try out something she wanted to do for a long time.
Fight a player.
She knew she could have arranged a duel, but that wasn't the stuff she wanted. Rules in place, having to find someone willing... she craved the brutal way that combat should be in this world. The monsters didn't fight back the way she needed; they could be a challenge, but only so much as a giant plant and boar could be. She wanted to fight someone on her playing field, with her capabilities, with her options.
It was with that that she waited under the shade of a singular tree upon the branching path. Someone would be coming along at some point - and she would do her best after that to take them out. Her sword was out, but pressed against her leg and hidden as best she could manage. She otherwise kept her eyes closed, the thresh of red against the tree standing out. She didn't mind. Let people see her. They couldn't stop what could happen.

[attr="class","strawberry"] [attr="class","coconut"]PINK SUMMER Areto did his best to stifle the yawn waiting to drift from his lips. The day had drawn on for long enough and he was trying to find a place to sleep. Granted, it wouldn't be a very good idea to fall asleep in the midst of a forest but it was much better than simply sleeping somewhere else in town. He was growing accustomed to the game. Initial confusion over whether it was his actual body or not waned and he was left with the sense of ambivalence. Who cared whether or not it was his real body as long as he could move and continue conducting business. Nonetheless, he was enjoying the scenery and was captivated by the sight. It was amazing how pieces of data could be put together in such an elaborate way that it could reiterate something that he believed could only be seen in real life. Absolutely breathtaking, if he thought about it in a deeper meaning. Glancing over at a few trees, he noticed someone was leaning against one and tilted his head to the side. " Comic?"
