for pixy! When creating and playing out a persona, it was important that firstly, you remained consistent. A knight, a warrior - well, Reveka Heidrich may have just been starting out, but the true mastery to creating a persona was to live it deeply. She couldn't just start off one way and only start being the way that she wanted to be when she had all the gear and upgrades she had in mind; she had to build the character. Thankfully, Reveka was quite familiar with this character, having played her many times over in differing games. The only difference was, this was a deeper virtual reality than before. When her world swirled and turned and opened once again, she had been initially blown away by the splendour and depth of the graphics. It was actually quite amazing, and honestly, she was beyond excited to get started, to have plenty of adventures. Of course, she couldn't act it. Theta, as it were, was a traveling knight, dutiful and honor-bound, but perhaps impulsive, perhaps judgmental, perhaps rude.
And that is why she found herself in the town's center, arms folded across her chest, eyes closed slightly, leaning back against a building, looking for all the world like a proper adventurer taking a momentary break. However, from her vantage point, she was assessing other people; trying to see who would be the best to approach. As much as she could have just thrown herself into an adventure or three, being able to do so with a companion would have been more optimal besides, and forging bonds in character was always far more rewarding than just running about asking if someone could join your party like a pleb. And while Reveka Heidrich was many things, could be many things, she was not a pleb.
At least, not in a virtual reality. Nuh-uh. No way.
So that is why, when an apple dropped and rolled across the ground of the Town Center, Theta was the first to stand, walking over with stiff, practiced steps. She bent and picked up the fruit, offering it to the woman who seemed to have dropped it, giving out an even and polite, "I believe this is yours, Milady," Theta offered her company something of a reassuring smile, hoping they would at least be interesting to talk to.

Speaking of Plebs, well- speaking of one who certainly was not a pleb, was the blonde woman who would turn about at Theta's questioning. Now, she may well have stood at nearly a head shorter than the other woman, but she held herself with a sense of imperious air while broiled between the two as she narrowed her dull golden eyes. "You believe?" She asks, her voice a soft velvet and dripping with no small amount of thinly veiled malice as she tilted her head back to peer upwards at the knight. She may have also been starting out as well, but she held herself with the sort of intensity which could only be expected of an experienced Roleplayer, and one who held an immense distaste for casuals. So much so that she seemed to regard any which approached her as another of the unwashed masses which craved endlessly for her precious attention. She would shift her hands some, having already snapped at the knight before realizing what exactly she had been stopped for. Her suspicious countenance would falter into pursed lips as she tilted her head to the right and let her right arm hang as she crooked the left against her hip and peered intently at the fruit and several beats of awkward silence pass between them.
"... It seems you have passed my test..." She hums, as much to herself as the other woman before a sly look comes across her face. Yep, she totally just made that up on the spot, but the twinkle of self-congratulatory smugness in her eyes is palatable as she offers a hand out towards Theta. "Well?" She asks, the expressions running from her face as she peers at the knight, slender fingers awaiting their prize as the young woman continues to stare intently. It may have all been a game at the end of the day, but that look in her eyes held no small amount of mirth as the lightest of smiles began to hover about the edges of her lips.
And really, she had put a lot of effort into her avatar! All muted complimenting colors, those striking golden eyes, perfectly styled short hair and that wonderful black dress. Really, she dressed like a royal, she was above reproach in every way from her appearance to her personality. And really, it shows, especially as she awaits to hear her knight's response.

The woman repeated her words back to Theta, and for a moment, Reveka almost cringed. A slight tightness on her grip on the apple was all she allowed to slip out; Theta, for her credit, wasn't intimidated by the malice within the woman's voice, nor was she swayed by the way that the woman tilted her head up at her, assessing her company with a moderate, and almost cold countenance. Yes, she did believe. But that didn't need stating; Theta didn't feel it necessary to state. The woman seemed to stare at the fruit, then back to Theta; and Theta matched her gaze, looking down her nose at her shorter company. And then, her company finally spoke. ... It seems you have passed my test... She said with a hum, and then offered a hand towards the knight, clearly expecting an action.
Well, well, well.
Theta's lips twitched, the barest hint of amusement; and then she placed the fruit in the woman's hand. "I must admit, I wasn't aware that I was being tested," She said, glancing about. Hm. Her own golden eyes matched this woman's. It was interesting, at least. "Regardless, I'm glad that I passed, milady," Theta said. Especially for a beginning player, this woman was dressed very well - Reveka didn't want to make any assumptions, especially since Theta wasn't the type to - but she had to admit, she was interested. While she wanted to pry for more information on this woman, Theta had done her duty, returning the fruit to its source, and thus, her job was done; she could go back to what she was doing before - examining others. So, Theta turned. A fruit wasn't much of a test, honestly; a part of Theta wished to see just what of the rules of this test were, and another part wanted to leave the woman be, having already disturbed her - and, practical as always, the second part won out. "Returning the fruit to you was all that I wished to do, so, unless you require anything else of me, I will leave you be," Theta turned with clear intent to walk away; though lingered for the other's response.

The first meeting! There was something so wonderfully cliche about it, and she could hardly keep giddiness concealed as she slipped even further into character. She would hardly even react as she received the apple, the shorter woman pulling it back and tucking it behind herself as she puffed out her chest some turned a bit to her right so that she could give the knight a sidelong look as she fanned herself with her free hand. "You know, they say that chivalry is dead these days." She remarks, her voice hardly over a dusky whisper and quite likely forcing the knight to lean uncomfortably close to catch her words. Naturally, it was a weak excuse to cover the fact she had absolutely dropped the apple and had hardly noticed it, but her persona would never admit to such a fault. Oh no, this was all calculated! Every step and apparent slip up, all part of her mater plan! "But, a little bird has come along to prove such a silly little notion wrong, has she not?" She asks, fluttering those immaculate eyelashes as her voice turns up in a cheery trill, the girl adopting a smug look as she airily puts distance between herself and the knight.
"Mmhm, going so soon?" The woman asks, the question drawing out into a soft coo as she narrowed her eyes, mentally kicking herself for her lack of a fan at this point, it would really make this whole aloof approach all the easier. While the way one presents themselves was critically important in fulfilling their role, but accessories could only help! To be fair, this was a wholly new character, but she couldn't help but already look forward to the future! "I mean, a dashing knight to leave a lady so willingly?" She asks, oh so very sweetly as she hefts a sigh and lets her shoulders slump some, an almost mocking tone to her voice as she rolls her eyes upward. "And there I went... Putting all of my hopes on a stranger so quickly..." She sighs, closing her eyes as she shakes her head, bangs gently bouncing off of her forehead as she clicks her tongue. "Though, I figure it cannot be helped..." She continues on, one hand going up into the air with her palm up as she shrugs.
She's so high on herself, she even takes a bite of her apple, the fruit crunching satisfyingly as the smaller woman grins wolfishly. Oh dear.

This woman... was almost overwhelming in a way; an utter confidence in her mannerisms that screamed royalty. Theta wasn't the type to be impressed by much, but she was impressed by this - halting in her exit to regard her company with a glimmering bit of recognition in her eyes. Pixy questioned, prodded, and Theta frowned. "I was under the impression that I was disturbing you, Milady," She clarified, then turned to face Pixy fully; expression lightening. "However, should you require something further of me, I would be beyond glad to help," Theta bowed then, a sweeping gesture, and then brought herself up fully once more, looking down at her shorter company.
"You may call me Theta, and I am a humble knight. Might I have your name?"

Pixy stands tall, or well, as tall as the young woman could possibly seem as she took another bite of her apple, the fruit once more resounding with a crisp crunch as she peered upwards at the woman. "Hardly." She replies after swallowing the bite, her golden eyes glimmering as she let out a sigh and languidly gestured, apple still in hand. "I may or may not, though you could at least sate my curiosity." She hums, simply refusing to break eye contact as she glimmers under the attention. This is what made RP fun! She's able to nail down a silly little game of back and forth with an absolutely random stranger- and luckily for her? She's already wound in a rather interesting mark!
And then there's the bow, poor Pixy an hardly contain the grin creasing her face as she does her absolute best to stay cool and impassive. Theta had quite an air about her, something which did so very much to pique her interest as she rests a finger on her lips and lets out a hum, the apple held near her waist and the young woman licking her lips just at the edge of that nail. "A knight?" She asks, no longer able to hold back that awfully dark grin as she narrowed her eyes. Indeed, she even lets out a little chuckle before she rests her free hand on her chest, fingers delicately dragging along her collar bone as she bows her head in a casual, yet elegant manner.
"And I am Princess Pyrha Von Superior the Fourth." She remarks in an absolutely decadent way, her voice full of pride and circumstance and just dripping in no small amount of ego as she closes her eyes and tilts her head left and right- finally letting that free hand out towards Theta so that the humble knight may pay the proper respects to the Princess. "Though, my HUMBLE knight." She remarks, cocking an eyebrow as she revels in this sense of superiority over the knight. There was something wonderful about holding this position over someone so- ok, well she can use the word sexy in her mind- but powerful? Theta had presence, and the knight had already deigned it appropriate to bow to her. "You may call me Pixy."
