sweet dreams are made of you
Forward.
[break][break]
Moving forward, and never stopping. She could slow down, but stopping was no option. She found herself near the NPC of a quest, and was people watching. Parties that formed up on the fly, and left to do the quest. People that seemed unsure, but willing to try. She wasn't rushing to the front, like most of the people she wanted to be with, mainly because she had one idea. To help others, and to keep an eye on her precious people inside of the game. It was that reluctance that stopped her from going on full speed, and she partially minded it. Mostly because she knew she could be up there, but for the sake of others? She held back, and waited for the right opportunities.
[break][break]
Like right now, watching a cute figure being surrounded by some of the more unruly boys.
[break][break]
She pushed herself off the bench she had been sitting on, and as she walked closer, could hear the cute girl throw out insults towards the boys. And then Canary was there - sharp smile, unsettling red eyes, and the look of a delinquent to every person of japanese origin. The boys seemed to think for a moment, but eventually left because of her approach. And after they left, she was suddenly next to the cute thing - girl, boy, did it matter? both could, and were cute - a smile still on her face. ''That was a little spot of trouble, ya ok? Just makin' sure you ain't bothered by 'em. Little shites they can be, but they mean good most of the time.'' she said, shrugging.
[break][break]
''Say, ya wantin' to do a quest? There's one right behind me - need a party though, and I wouldn't mind doin' it with ya. Sight better then doin' it with them, aren't I? I'd hope so.'' she said not long after, pointing towards the NPC in question. She could get to know this little cute thing whilst doing a quest, but something in Canary's gut told her that cute wasn't really what she was looking for here. Or what she was going to get, rather. But for now, she ignored that feeling, because who knew what would happen in the future? It was murky for a reason.
[break][break]
She is hoping that this isn't going to crash and burn like some airplane, though.
