She was finally starting to make some strides forward after finally forcing herself to move despite the heavily weighing desire to do the exact opposite. For nearly a week or more, Kiki had locked herself up inside of the room she and Sonic shared at the Inn in the Town of Beginnings. Night after night, he'd come back to check on her and offer his support the best he could. His words churned through her head, day after day, before she finally started to venture out more and finally reach the point she made it all the way to Tolbana without fleeing back to the Inn. Various quests she forced herself to do tended to be followed with that, so this was a significant improvement.
The town of Tolbana was where Sonic suggested she go to meet someone who could make clothes and armor that would suit her fashionable tastes. It was an odd thought, as she didn't have much experience with crafters in games - she was usually the sort that liked to go big and flashy. She also was used to getting buried in trade requests by fans and boys that gifted her adorable armor sets, so again, this was totally new. However, this time around, she was afraid to draw too much attention to herself. She'd already met backlash from fans here or there about who she was and encouraging them to play this death trap, and running around in her usual loud and proud manner would likely end in some sort of PK situation.
Or so her paranoia told her.
With a deep breath though, she ventured into Tolbana and made her way past various crafters and their set ups. Some had weapons and gear laying out in display of their custom work, and she carefully eyed it all as she passed by. What brought her to a stop was finally finding the work station of the man who met this Goryo's description. Tall, dark, andhandsome a little on the grumpy side, yeah? Yeah. She hovered nervously by his station, eyeing his wears with a quiet appreciation, she looked up to him after a moment and brought up her hand in greeting.
"Excuse me? Are you Goryo?" she softly started. "I was recommended to you by a player with the name Sonic?" As with all interactions with most people she had thus far, there was a sense of nervousness to her voice as she still had a lingering fear of being met with accusation and hatred from trapped fans of her works. Her popularity in the real world for her youtube channel - Kiki's Delivery Service - was back firing hard her lately, since there'd been backlash from a couple of people blaming her for being part of how they got trapped here. That kind of panic had worn down over the days, but it still left her nervous.
