August helps her family run an independent bakery. In the real world, she knows how to bake almost every single baked good or pastry one can think of. Her parents taught her at a very young age and the skills extend to other food categories as well, but baking is where she excels. Their entire income depends on it and with how mom and pop stores aren’t super popular anymore, they aren’t exactly living the high life. She’s not unhappy with her situation and they make do, but August definitely does not have a lot of spending money to throw around. She isn’t a gamer; SAO is the first video game she has played in a long time. It was given to her by a friend and that’s what got her into this unfortunate mess.

The tldr of her personality is “energizer bunny momfriend”. August is full of energy almost all of the time, a smile plastered on her face as she is willingly taking damage for her party. All she wants to do is help, which makes it easy for people to take advantage of her selfless nature. Struggling to survive is what she’s always had to do (but to a lesser extent that now), so she isn’t too terribly phased by what’s going on. You’re not going to see her panicking over the face that she’s stuck here, except for being concerned of how her parents are going to lose an extra hand in running their bakery.

August is a momfriend, meaning she plans on taking care of everyone she considers a friend. Need a favor? Call her up. Want some yummy snacks? Call her up. Just need someone to listen to you cry about being stuck in this virtual reality? Call her up. She’s charismatic with a contagious smile. Bad days can always be brightened with a little sunshine in the form of a pink-haired girl. She’s not very hard to befriend in-game and out of game.

If you’re interested in having known August before the game started, please let me know! As of now, she was friends with KIKI and sonic they all were trapped with KIKI being the one to give her the game to try initially. I’m also looking for a semi-regular party (potentially a guild) for her to get involved in. As mentioned in her little info thing, I plan on building her as a tank.

Her personality is loud and charged. It’s easy to see how some people might not take too kindly to that. While she can be serious, it rarely ever looks like she is. It’s hard for people to take you seriously (or not think you’re a lunatic) when you’re smiling in combat. August definitely has the ability to rub people the wrong way and she has the potential to be a handful and just overall too draining for people to be around.[break][break]
Please pick fights with her! Mostly because I feel like she’ll be in complete denial that someone actually hates her. If you want an annoying thing following your character around, she’s your gal!
